JMNC Solutions is a niche management consulting company focused on strategy, business planning, portfolio optimization, and M&A. Chet is the delivery resource for every JMNC Solutions engagement, and can also build teams from a network of focused affiliates. He works collaboratively with you to provide experience-based, actionable approaches for growing revenue and profit in global markets. Chet has lived in Asia and travels frequently to Japan. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Nippon Club of the Triangle and the Japan-America Society of North Carolina.
